Booking Appointments

We are currently working without a receptionist. We are always accepting online appointments via our website. You can also call the salon at 413-259-1011 to schedule. If we aren't able to get to the phone, please leave a message and we will get back to you within the business day.

Cancellation Policy

We recognize that life is busy and unforeseen events may occur. We respectfully ask that you provide a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Should you cancel within 24 hours, we reserve the right to impose a fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service cost before a new appointment can be scheduled. Failure to attend an appointment without notice will incur a fee equivalent to the full cost of the appointment.  

 

Late Arrivals

Please try to arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule you to another time so we can give you and all of our guests our fullest attention.

Salon Protocols

While the nature of the pandemic is continually evolving, we are taking additional measures we choose to ensure the safest visit for our clients. We understand that all of this is a lot to ask of you, but please know it is all so we can provide the safest experience for everyone. We love all of you and we appreciate you coming in and supporting us!

• If you are showing any COVID-19 symptoms, or have had known exposure, please contact us to reschedule your appointment for a later date. Cancellations due to potential illness or exposure are not subject to the cancellation policy.

 

• Masks are optional for clients and stylists.  We respect your choice in regards to wearing a mask, and ask that you do the same for us. We realize that different people have different needs.

• We highly recommend rebooking before you leave. It is a huge help to rebook appointments at the time of service. If you choose not to rebook before leaving, please consider booking online, as we will not have a receptionist at this time.​
